Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India recently launched the 2023 Shine 125 in the Indian market. It is one of the most popular commuter motorcycles in India. The Shine 125 is a no-nonsense motorcycle that has proven to be reliable, fuel efficient, comfortable and easy to maintain. 2023 Honda Shine 125: BS6 Stage 2 compliant

Honda has made the Shine 125 BS6 Stage 2 compatible. This means that the motorcycle now has an OBD2 port that can detect emissions in real time. Additionally, the Shine 125 can now run on up to 20% ethanol blended fuel.

2023 Honda Shine 125: Up to 10-year warranty

The Honda Shine 125 comes standard with a three-year warranty. Customers can get an optional extended warranty for seven years. This means the Shine 125 is covered by a warranty of up to ten years.

2023 Honda Shine 125: Engine

The manufacturer made no changes to the 2023 Shine 125’s engine. It’s still a 125 cc PGM-FI engine that gets Enhanced Smart Power, or eSP. It produces 10.54 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm at 6,000 rpm. The gearbox in operation is a 5-speed unit. The engine features an ACG quiet start system and an external fuel pump, making it easier to service.

2023 Honda Shine 125: Features

In terms of configuration, the Honda Shine 125 is equipped with alloy wheels and tubeless tires. There’s an analog speedometer, side stand cutout and fuel gauge. A combined braking system, or CBS, is also available, which reduces the risk of one of the wheels locking up. The chain is a sealed unit, so it doesn’t get dirty and requires less maintenance. The lighting elements on the Honda Shine 125 are all halogen.

2023 Honda Shine 125: Models and Prices

The Shine 125 is available in two models. There are drums and discs.Their price is ¥79,800 and ¥83,800. Both prices are ex-showroom prices in Delhi.
