Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the 2023 SP125 in the Indian market.It will be available in two variants – Drum, priced at ¥85,131 and disc variant cost ¥89,131. Both prices are ex-showroom prices. The Honda SP125 will be available in five colors. Available in Black, Matte Shaft Gray Metallic, Imperial Red Metallic, Pearl Siren Blue and the new matte Marvel Blue Metallic.
Honda SP125 is now OBD2 compliant. The 125 cc engine has eSP, fuel injection and an ACG starter motor for a quiet and vibration-free starting process. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The fuel pump is now mounted outside the fuel tank, which is easier to access and saves maintenance time.
The motorcycle is equipped with a fully digital instrument that can display information such as average fuel efficiency, driving distance, real-time fuel efficiency, ECO indicator light, gear position indicator and service due reminder.
The Honda SP125 features a new Mat Marvel Blue Metallic paint scheme.
To improve stability and grip levels, Honda increased the width of the rear tires to 100mm. Other features on offer include LED headlamps, an engine start/stop switch, integrated headlamp beams and an overtaking switch. Combined braking system and rear suspension are available with 5 levels of adjustment.
