Kawasaki has brought its supercharged flagship bare-bones to India with the launch of the MY2023 Z H2 and Z H2 SE. 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 priced at ¥2.302 million, while the 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 SE is priced at ¥2.722 million. All prices are ex-showroom prices in India. Both Street Fighters will now come in a single Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray shade, which is mostly the only major change from the MY2023 release.the price has increased by about ¥30,000 for both bikes.
Other aspects of the 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 and Z H2 SE remain unchanged. The range-topping version of the Z line continues to draw power from a 998cc inline-four, liquid-cooled, supercharged engine. 197 bhp at 11,000 rpm and 137 Nm of peak torque at 8,500 rpm. The bikes are equipped with the best hardware available, including Brembo M4.32 front brake calipers for the Z H2 and Brembo Stylema front brake calipers for the Z H2 SE.

Other features include electronic cruise control and throttle, riding modes, assist and slipper clutch, and a digital instrument console that connects to your smartphone via the Rideology app. The 2023 Kawasaki Z H2 is also equipped with a quick shifter, electronically adjustable suspension, launch control, corner management functions, traction control, Kawasaki Intelligent Antilock Brakes, and a six-axis IMU. Among other features found on the Z H2, the Z H2 SE also benefits from a more advanced Kawasaki electronically controlled suspension featuring Showa Skyhook technology.
There are no styling changes to either motorcycle for 2023. The dual LED headlights carried over, as did the steel trellis and aluminum swingarm. The Z H2 and Z H2 SE, along with the all-gloss Ninja H2 and Ninja H2R, are some of the few motorcycles to receive the iconic “Kawasaki River Emblem”.
Interestingly, the Z H2 and Z H2 SE are custom bikes and Kawasaki India says customers need to pay in full upon booking. That said, pre-orders for the supercharged bare metal are now available at the manufacturer’s pan-India dealership. The new Z H2 and Z H2 SE will feature Ducati Streetfighter V4, Aprilia Tuono V4, BMW S 1000 R and more. The Z H2 series remains the only supercharged offering in the bare-upgrade segment.
