Texas-based tuning company and supercar builder Hennessey has opened a new dealership in central London.
The partnership with HR Owen will see Hennessey cars sold at the Mayfair showroom in Bruton Street. Hennessey will also be present at HR Owen’s ‘Supersite’ in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Hennessey’s new London store was chosen to “serve the capital’s affluent residents”, while also providing a gateway for European clients.
Pushing the Boundaries of Performance
John Hennessey founded his eponymous company in 1991, quickly building a reputation for extremely modified cars. In 2011, Hennessey released the Venom GT, a highly modified version of the Lotus Elise that set multiple (unofficial) world speed records.
Hennessey London will sell the vehicle developed from the Venom F5 hypercar. Powered by a 1,817-horsepower 6.6-liter twin-turbocharged “Fury” V8, the F5 is expected to reach speeds in excess of 300 mph.
At launch, Hennessey noted that the Venom F5 could be built in right-hand drive form.

Supercar heritage
Although all 24 examples of the Venom F5 Coupe planned have been sold, Hennessey has since added new variants, including the open-top Roadster.
A track-oriented ‘Revolution’ model was released earlier this year, adding wild aerodynamics to generate 635kg of downforce at 249mph.
