The Brussels factory has been home to the e-tron since 2018, and around 160,000 units have been delivered from here so far. So it was a natural choice to be home to the upcoming Audi Q8 e-tron, which will also be the home of the Q8 Sportback e-tron to follow. Both models feature distinct front and rear designs, accentuated by the distinctive Singleframe grille, inverted grille and blades above the redesigned rear diffuser. The Q8 e-tron is the first model to feature the new model badge with Audi lettering on the B-pillar.

In terms of size, the Audi Q8 e-tron is 4.915 meters long and 1.937 meters wide. It is also 1.633 meters high. Although it has a wheelbase of 2.928 meters, the SUV also offers 569 liters of cargo space.

At the heart of the Audi Q8 e-tron is a 106.0kWh battery pack, which means it claims a range of around 600km before needing to be plugged in to recharge. There are about 402 horsepower and 665 Nm of torque. And since the model will be at the pinnacle of the electric lineup, expect the Q8 e-tron to be feature-rich as well, with much of its cabin’s materials obtained through a recycling process.
