Aadishwar Auto Ride India (AARI) launched Italian motorcycle brand Moto Bologna Passione (MBP) for the first time in the country at Auto Expo 2023 on Thursday, making it the sixth brand AARI has launched here. The company showcased two bikes in the 500cc-1000cc class at the expo – the MBP M502N and MBP C1002V, which will be the Italian brand’s first products in the country.
Based in Bologna, Italy, MBP’s product range includes motorcycles from 125 cc bikes to large scooters, adventure bikes and street bikes. The brand’s bikes in India will be sold through Benelli-Keeway dealers.

The mid-displacement naked street bike MBP M502N is designed to appeal to all kinds of riders with its Italian design language – sleek body panels, aerodynamic stance, angular fuel tank and rear vents. The bike’s exposed LED headlight housing is light-sensitive, which helps it turn on and off in response to its surroundings.
Both of MBP’s bikes feature IoT technology with geographic positioning system (GPS) and cellular connectivity.
The bike is powered by a 486cc liquid-cooled, parallel twin motor with eight valves and Bosch EFI. The engine produces a peak power of 50.95 HP@8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 45 Nm@6,750 rpm.
This naked street bike is equipped with a host of technological advancements, including a 4.2-inch full-color TFT screen, making it easy for the rider to view all information at a glance.
The modern cruiser MBP C1002V is designed for the modern rider for the long haul. It’s powered by a 997cc, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 80-degree twin engine producing 93.87 HP@7,600 rpm of peak power and 102 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a six-speed transmission.
The bike features a full-color 5-inch TFT digital display that is easy to read. It has a deluxe suspension package that includes KYB inverted telescopic forks and a KYB Prolink rear shock. The passenger seat is designed to double as the rider’s backrest, while the footrests are positioned for the classic, relaxed cruiser’s posture.
