Bajaj is slowly transitioning the Pulsar product line to a new platform. Last year, the brand launched the Pulsar N250 and Pulsar F250. The Pulsar N160 and Pulsar P150 were introduced this year. The P150 will appeal to most people looking for a sporty commuter motorcycle, while the N160 is for those looking for some extra power from the engine. It comes in two variants. There are single-channel ABS and dual-channel ABS.

Following are the differences between the two variants of Bajaj Pulsar N160:-

Bajaj Pulsar N160 Single Channel ABS vs Dual Channel ABS: Rear Brake and ABS

The single-channel ABS variant of the Pulsar N160 comes with a 280mm disc at the front, while the dual-channel ABS variant gets a larger 300mm disc. Both models have the same rear rotor size. It measures 230 mm, but the difference is the single-channel ABS and dual-channel ABS systems.

Single-channel ABS variants feature 31mm telescopic forks at the front, while dual-channel ABS variants use 37mm telescopic forks. Both variants have a monoshock at the rear. The dual-channel ABS variant is 2kg heavier than the single-channel ABS at 154kg, thanks to thicker forks and larger front discs.

Pulsar N160 single channel ABS is available in three color options. Available in Caribbean Blue, Racing Red and Tech Gray. The dual-channel ABS variant is only available in one color option, Brooklyn Black.
