In terms of appearance, the design of the NS125 is inspired by older Pulsar NS models such as the NS160 and NS200. Yes, the design is pretty old now, but it still looks pretty aggressive and striking, mostly because of the angular design and paint scheme.

The Raider is brand new, and its design might be overkill for some. Still, it seems like a good option for commuter motorcycles, usually aimed at appealing to the mass market. The Raider really stands out on the road, especially in the yellow paint scheme, and because of its aggressive design.

In terms of specs, the Raider is powered by a 124.8 cc single-cylinder engine that is air-oil cooled, has a three-valve setup and is fuel injected. It develops maximum power of 11.22 bhp at 7,500 rpm and peak torque of 11.2 Nm at 6,000 rpm. It is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

The Pulsar NS125, on the other hand, uses a two-valve air-cooled engine that produces a maximum power of 11.82 bhp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 11 Nm at 7,000 rpm. It also comes with a 5-speed gearbox.

The Raider clearly leads the way in terms of functionality as it comes with optional USB ports, Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation, clock, under-seat storage, LED lighting, reverse LCD display or 5-inch TFT screen.

The Pulsar NS125 comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster with an analogue tachometer offered by some. It lacks LED lighting and offers no other features other than the taillights.
