BattRE Dune electric motorcycle is priced around Rs 1 lakh and has a range of up to 130 km

Chaudhary also said that the BattRE Dune electric motorcycle can travel up to 130 kilometers on a single charge in Eco mode and up to 100 kilometers in Sports mode. The electric motorcycle will be equipped with three different riding modes, Eco, Comfort and Sport.

The BattRE founder claims that the BattRE Dune adventure motorcycle will have an aggressive and muscular design that will exhibit a strong road presence, further adding that the EV has been designed with an eye on the Indian road conditions. He also hinted that the motorcycle will come with a range of features such as a fully digital instrument cluster with various connectivity features, navigation and more. The electric motorcycle will be sold as a unit and powered by a portable battery pack.

The Dune will be the first motorcycle from the EV startup. Currently, the manufacturer sells three electric scooters: the One, Lo:EV and Stor:ie. One and Lo:EV are low-speed electric scooters, while Stor:iE is a high-speed electric scooter. The latter hits the market in July 2022. In addition to Dune, BattRE is also working on an electric delivery scooter called the Cool:IE, targeting the last mile delivery industry which has grown exponentially over the past few years since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and Played a key role in the development of electric two-wheelers in India.
