Cycling enthusiasts can look forward to seeing the speed, cadence and heart rate of some of the fastest cycling professionals in the world up close like never before

London, UK – 20 October 2016 – size data Signed a three-year technology partnership agreement with UK sports management company Madison Sports Group Providing data and analysis for their six-day indoor cycling series in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen and Mallorca. The first Six Days of Cycling will be held at the Lee Valley Velodrome in London from 25-30 October.

This Six Days Series is an elite indoor track cycling competition that brings together some of the best professional riders in the world. Teams of two drivers compete in multiple races in a variety of sprint and endurance events. The team with the most laps on the remaining fields will lead the overall standings.

All bikes and riders will be equipped with speed, cadence and heart rate sensors. Additionally, Dimension Data’s technology will track the location of each bike. The data will be analyzed, transmitted from the sensors via Dimension Data’s private network, and displayed in real time on screens at the racetrack and also live on TV at Eurosport.Cycling enthusiasts can also follow the race with the six-day series website.
