Hero MotoCorp has been working to strengthen its grip on the Indian motorcycle market above 160 cc. As part of this strategy, the country’s number one two-wheeler manufacturer is focusing on launching new products every quarter. Apart from new motorcycles and scooters, Hero MotoCorp is also eyeing launching updated versions of existing products, the company’s CEO Niranjan Gupta revealed.

Hero MotoCorp CEO Niranjan Gupta has said the two-wheeler brand will launch at least one new product every quarter. The two-wheeler giant on Wednesday launched the Hero Xtreme 4V, the brand’s flagship product, in India. The company has made it clear that it will focus on premium products, and the new motorcycle is part of that strategy. The company teamed up with Harley-Davidson to develop premium models to compete with Baja-Triumph motorcycle competitors.

Gupta revealed its new product launch strategy with the introduction of the Hero Xtreme 160R 4V, which features a revised avatar.The new Hero Xtreme 160R has launched, with pricing ranging from ¥127,300 and ¥136,500 (ex-showroom). It will be sold with the Xtreme 160 2V.
The brand new Hero Xtreme 160R 4V claims to have 12 patents and is equipped with many new design elements and functions. The motorcycle looks sharp thanks to new LED headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights, a thick, muscular fuel tank inspired by big bikes, and a sporty, forward-leaning stance. Additionally, the motorcycle has a sleek rear end with a split seat that can be interchanged with a single seat. To make this motorcycle even more attractive, Hero MotoCorp has announced a wide range of accessories for the new Xtreme 160R 4V.
