Previously, Honda released the new CL500 scrambler at the 2022 EICMA, and now the Japanese manufacturer has launched the CL300 scrambler in the Chinese market. It is available in two variants – Standard and Premium. As of now, it is not confirmed whether the CL300 scrambler will be launched in the Indian market or not now.
The CL300 uses the same frame and engine as the Rebel 300. However, the subframe is different, it is now taller so that the new one-piece seat can be fitted. The ground clearance of the Honda CL300 is 165 mm, while the seat height is 790 mm. At 172kg, the CL300 is 19kg lighter than the Rebel 300.

CL300 Standard and CL300 Advanced.
Since the engine is shared with the Rebel 300, it is a 286 cc unit and is liquid cooled. The engine produces 25.34 bhp, 5 bhp less than the CB300R. The duty transmission is a 6-speed unit.
Honda no longer uses the 16-inch wheels on the Rebel. Instead, the motorcycle now comes with a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. The tread pattern on the motorcycle is blocky, but it’s important to note that the CL300 is not a hardcore dirt bike.

The differences between the Standard and Premium variants are the beaked front fenders, bikini fairing, tan leather seats, steering knuckle guards and bikini fairing. Visually, there are round LED headlights, alloy wheels, high-mounted exhausts, fuel tank pads and round mirrors.
