Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV launching soon in India, will offer customizable interior

The front of the Ioniq 5 will feature a “Premium Relaxation Seat”. The seats will have a reclining function and calf support. Also, there is a relax button. A relaxation function is also available. In addition, the seats adopt a slender design to open up the interior space, as well as electric adjustment and lumbar support.

Rear passengers can adjust the passenger seat from behind with the push of a button. This helps to open up more leg room. All seats also have memory functions. Users can store up to 3 seat positions. The center console can slide because it has 140mm of travel.

The Ioniq 5 has a flat floor and a slim dashboard. This is possible because of the e-GMP or Electrical Global Modular Platform that Hyundai is using. It’s basically an electric skateboard platform with all four wheels in the corners and the battery pack under the floor.
