With the new investment, Kabira Mobility wants to focus on expanding its manufacturing process at its Dharwad factory. The brand hopes to set up an e-scooter manufacturing plant in Uttar Pradesh to cater to the growing demand in the North Indian market. Apart from this, the brand is also aiming to expand its nationwide presence by increasing its store network from 30 to 100 by the end of the year.

Jaibir Siwach, CEO of Kabira Mobility, said: “E-bikes will be a catalyst for growth in the industry and through this investment, Kabira Mobility is expected to lead the way. For the past five years, we have been relentlessly focusing on powertrain R&D technology development to pave the way for Kabira Mobility. Paving the way will allow us to capture nearly 30% of the e-bike market within the next two years and become the industry leader.”
