While it does look very similar to the XUV300, the Mahindra XUV400 has several design updates on its exterior profile.

Pre-orders for the SUV will start on January 26 and it will go on sale across India in stages. In the first phase, the XUV400 will be available in 34 cities in India, the car brand said. Deliveries of the XUV400 EL will start in March 2023 and the XUV400 EC during Diwali, the automaker claims. The standard warranty on the electric SUV is three years or unlimited kilometres, with an additional eight years or 160,000km (whichever comes first) covering the battery and motor.
