The Jaguar I-Pace electric SUV has been updated for 2023 – including the introduction of a new range-topping 400 Sport model.
Styling has been tweaked, specs have been improved, and the core range now all boasts the R-Dynamic design package.
There are also two new Satin Metallic colors – the first being the Jaguar I-Pace. Choose from Eiger Grey or Carpathian Grey.
Up front, the Jaguar I-Pace has a smooth closed Atlas Gray grille, replacing the old gloss black ‘diamond’ grille.
It makes the front end look cleaner and improves aerodynamic efficiency. There’s also a new black and silver Jaguar badge inlaid into the grille.
The 2023 Jaguar I-Pace’s lower body features are now body-colored rather than gloss black, and the vertical vanes in the front bumper are now Atlas Gray.
Each alloy wheel option on the new Jaguar I-Pace is diamond turned, with 22-inch wheel options available in a Satin Gray finish.
Jaguar I-Pace R-Dynamic SE Black and on top of that comes with an exterior black package with gloss black grille and window frames, door mirrors and rear badging.
Jaguar I-Pace 400 Sport
The new Jaguar I-Pace 400 Sport has a tailgate spoiler and standard 22-inch alloys.
Inside, it has slender performance seats in premium Windsor leather with heating and cooling for the driver.
The Jaguar I-Pace 400 Sport also comes with standard electronic air suspension with Adaptive Dynamics, which includes Adaptive Surface Response technology, which automatically reacts to the road in real time.
All new Jaguar I-Paces feature a 90kWh battery with a range of up to 292 miles.
They were able to add 78 miles of range in 15 minutes using a 100kW fast charger.
400hp output and all-wheel drive provide 0-60mph acceleration in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 124mph.
Jaguar executive director Nick Collins said the I-Pace was “our latest model to benefit from our more curated, more spec-rich approach”.
He also teased Jaguar’s future, which remains shrouded in mystery.
“We are applying expertise from our electric vehicle program and accelerating technology development through our partnership with the Jaguar TCS Racing Team to reinvent Jaguar as an all-electric modern luxury brand from 2025.”
