New Tork Kratos X electric motorcycle unveiled at Auto Expo 2023

Tork Motors on Wednesday launched the Kratos X electric motorcycle at the Auto Expo 2023 in Greater Noida. Reservations for the model will open in the second quarter of 2023, deliveries will begin in June, and customer test drives will begin between March and April. The bike will be based on the Kratos R and will get features like fast charging, FF mode, and a new aluminum swingarm.

Electric motorcycles are designed for comfortable riding and better performance due to their powertrains that provide more torque for better power delivery. The bike has a 7-inch touchscreen and Android with navigation. The display gauges have taken a more pragmatic leap forward, displaying a wide range of information for the convenience of the rider. With the launch of the new electric motorcycle, Tork Motors emphasized its commitment to making the electric motorcycle market more accessible in the country. “Today is an important milestone for the company as we introduce a faster, better and more flexible member of the Kratos family,” said Tork Motors founder and CEO Kapil Shelke.

Kratos X Electric Bikes are built entirely in-house by a team of experienced professionals. This motorcycle is the result of continuous research and development, developed based on customer feedback. “We believe the Kratos X will be the perfect companion for fun rides and will create its own success story,” added Shelke.

The company also revealed at the Auto Expo that the standard Kratos will be discontinued and only the updated Kratos R and new Kratos X will be available in its Indian lineup.

The company also showcased an updated Kratos R at the Expo pavilion. Some of the big changes introduced with the Kratos R include a refined live dashboard, fast-charging ports, improved front and rear turn lights, and more. The motorcycle will also have an all-black motor and battery pack as well as stylish decals.
