Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 converted into cruiser

IFRAME SYNC

The 650 Twins changed many people’s perception of Royal Enfield. Royal Enfield is one of the most popular motorcycles when it comes to tuning and customization. The same goes for the Interceptor 650, one of the best-selling midsize motorcycles out there. This is an Interceptor 650 that has been heavily converted into a cruiser. The modifications were done by Neev Motorcycles, who named this version the “Soul Star”.

At first glance, no one would recognize the Interceptor 650 underneath.

The motorcycle is inspired by the chakras of the human body. It has seven chakras, but few people don’t know about the eighth chakra. The eighth chakra is also known as the soul star, hence the motorcycle’s name. Neev Motorcycles sculpts all eight chakras on the wheel’s eight spokes.

Speaking of the wheels, they are now CNC machined and measure 18 inches. The front tires measure 160/60, while the rear tires measure 240/40. To give the wheel design and sculpting a cleaner look, both the chain and disc brake components have been moved to one side of the rear wheel. This meant that the custom shop had to build a new custom swingarm.

Neev Motorcycles had to build several custom parts for this build. The end result definitely stands out because it has so many roads present.

The store had to redesign everything. The only part that was inherited was the engine. The exhaust has been redesigned and is now a complete system unit. Also, it only exits on the right side now. Other than the exhaust, no changes were made to the engine from the factory.

The chassis of the motorcycle is new, so it looks more like a cruiser. There are other new parts as well. For example, fuel tanks, fork caps, fenders, handlebars, seats and sump guards. The shop also makes CNC machined wide triple trees. Tank caps, daggers, handle risers, wheel engravings, handlebars, foot controls, fender fittings, tank badges, chains and more are now made of brass. Then there’s new LED lighting everywhere. The motorcycle also received a custom paint job.

Considering that Neev Motorcycles has had to re-manufacture almost the entire motorcycle, it’s totally understandable that they’re so proud of this build. The shop says the Super Meteor 650 can be similarly treated.
