These days, most manufacturers offer special edition vehicles. However, Tata Motors has been most successful with such special edition models and currently has the largest number of them on sale. The dark version has brought great success to Tata Motors. Now, the brand is working on launching a dark version of the Nexon EV Max. It will launch on April 17.
The Nexon EV Max Dark Edition will only be available with the XZ+ Lux. If the person needs it, he or she can get it using a 7.2 kW AC wall charger. The 40.5 kWh battery pack has an ARAI-certified range of 453 kilometers. It also supports DC fast charging. There are three driving modes – Eco, City and Sport and four multi-mode regeneration modes. The electric motor produces 141 bhp and 250 Nm.
The exterior color scheme is Midnight Black with Charcoal Gray alloy wheels. Humanizing lines are finished in satin black with the #DARK mascot on the front fenders. Shark fin antennas and roof rails are also available. The interior also gets a dark theme, with a piano black dashboard and triple arrow elements. The interior now features dark-themed leatherette. The seats feature blue stitching highlights and triple arrow perforations. Additionally, the steering wheel is wrapped in blue stitched leather and the control knobs have a jeweled finish.
The Nexon EV Max Dark will feature a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and an EV display theme. There’s also a rear parking camera, voice assistant and voice commands.
Other features on offer include Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold, Ventilated Seats, Air Purifier with AQI Display, Wireless Charger, Cruise Control, Auto Dimming IRVM and Power Sunroof.
