Popular Telugu actor Nagarjuna and his wife Amala Akkineni have added the Kia EV6 electric SUV to their garage’s latest addition. The couple was recently photographed posing with the brand new EV at their residence in Hyderabad, where they recently received a white Kia EV6. Kia offers two variants of the EV6 in India: GT Line and GT Line AWD. EV6 prices in India start at $6.095 lakh (ex-showroom), while higher variants cost $6.595 million (ex-showroom). Both EVs are based on the same Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) platform jointly developed by the two South Korean auto giants.
ARAI claims the EV6 has a range of 708 kilometers. Using a 350 kW DC fast charger, the 77.4 kWh battery pack can be charged from 0% to 80% in 18 minutes. A home charger takes approximately 36 hours to fully charge the battery. The EV6 is also equipped with vehicle-to-load (V2L), which can be used to run electrical appliances or charge another vehicle.
