Royal Enfield is one of the most popular two wheeler manufacturers in the Indian market. The product that helped Royal Enfield the most was the Classic 350. The brand also used to sell a more powerful version of the motorcycle, the Classic 500. Due to the popularity of the Classic in the Indian market, many owners decided to buy and modify their motorcycles.
This is a custom job done by Eimor Customs on a Royal Enfield Classic 500. Most custom shops choose Royal Enfields because they are relatively easy to machine and can be converted into different body styles. The building was named Arsenal by Eimor Customs. At first glance, it doesn’t look like a Royal Enfield is underneath.
Up front, there’s an all-new headlight setup. It has twin circular headlamps, and the two units are a different color, but they do have a protective grille. There are new fenders and aftermarket alloy wheels. The spoked wheels are wrapped in dual purpose tires that are much wider than stock. Additionally, the side walls now feature the motorcycle’s name printed in white.

The fuel tank is painted in camouflage green with Arsenal’s name emblazoned on it. The stock gauge cluster has been replaced by an aftermarket unit. The stock seat has been removed and it now has a custom flat seat with stitching. The stock taillights and fenders have also been removed. Instead, there’s a new tire hugger. There are also new grips and custom leg guards.
Eimor Customs has not made any changes to the Classic 500’s engine. The engine produces 27.2 bhp of power and 41.3 Nm of torque. However, the motorcycle is now fitted with a new exhaust. The duty transmission is a 5-speed unit.
