TVS Motor Company has increased the prices of some Apache motorcycles, including the Apache RTR 160 4V and Apache RTR 200 4V.Both products saw a marginal price increase in May, with the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V now priced up ¥700 across all four variants.The range now starts at ¥Entry-level drum brake models are 123,770 and go up to ¥Special Edition 132,070. The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is also slightly more expensive, retailing between ¥141,670 and ¥146,720 (all prices, ex-showroom Derry).
As far as hardware goes, neither motorcycle has changed. The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V continues to draw power from an excellent 159.7 cc single cylinder oil-cooled four-valve motor tuned to 17.4 bhp with 14.73 Nm of peak torque and mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Apache RTR 160 4V is also packed with technology, featuring a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, full LED headlights, sharp styling and single-channel ABS.

Meanwhile, the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V draws power from a 197.75 cc, single cylinder, air- and oil-cooled engine tuned for 20.54 bhp and 17.25 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The Apache 200 is also loaded with technology and features a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument console with turn-by-turn navigation, three riding modes, call and text alerts, low fuel warning, assist features, lean angle mode, lap timer and More. Both bikes have riding modes that limit power output in rain mode, while city and sport modes are designed to enhance performance.
The TVS Apache 4V series remains one of the most popular and popular motorcycles in their respective fields. The Apache RTR 160 4V competes in this segment with the Bajaj Pulsar N160, Hero Xtreme 160R, Yamaha FZS, Suzuki Gixxer, etc.Compared to Apache RTR 160 2V, Apache 160 4V is about ¥4400 is more expensive.
