TVS Motor Company has announced that they will be hosting a large delivery commitment. The manufacturer plans to deliver 1,000 electric scooters in 10 cities within 10 days. The company handed over 100 TVS iQube scooters to customers in New Delhi on May 8. The iQube is the only electric scooter in TVS’ current lineup.
Since its launch in 2020, the TVS iQube series of scooters has achieved a sales milestone of 1,00,000 units. Additionally, the TVS iQube electric scooter has successfully transitioned to AIS156 Phase 2. The scooter received a major update last year with the iQube and iQube S variants. The manufacturer also announced a high-end ST trim, but it’s still not on sale. Several people who pre-ordered the iQube ST are still waiting for the electric scooter to launch.
The battery pack on the iQube ST is the largest compared to other variants. It has a usable capacity of 4.56 kWh compared to the other two variants’ 3.04 kWh. The claimed range of the iQube ST is 145km in Eco mode and 110km in Power mode. In addition, it takes 4 hours and 6 minutes to charge the battery pack from 0% to 80%, and only 2 hours and 30 minutes to charge the battery pack from 0% to 80% if the user uses a fast charger.
The top speed of the iQube ST is 82 km/h. The electric motor has a peak power output of 4.4 kW, rated at 3 kW, while a peak torque output of 140 Nm, rated at 33 Nm.

Another feature that the ST variant gets is the 17.78cm touchscreen instrument cluster. It can also be controlled using a joystick. The scooter comes with OTA updates, a tire pressure monitoring system, and connected technology.
On top of that, if you purchased a TVS iQube Electric Scooter in the past year, chances are he or she is eligible for a refund from TVS Motor Company.According to the recently announced goodwill benefit scheme, customers who pay above the FAME threshold will receive an average ¥1,700 per car as a refund. KN Radhakrishnan, director and CEO of TVS Motors, confirmed the development in a recent conference call with analysts.
