Last year, TVS updated its line of iQube electric scooters. They have launched three models of scooters, Standard, S and ST. While the Standard and S are on sale, many have been waiting for the high-end ST variant, which offers more equipment and significantly better mileage. In fact, if one is looking for an electric two-wheeler for daily commuting, the iQube is one of the most assorted electric scooters available in the Indian market.
Now, the brand has revealed the iQube ST at the 2023 Auto Expo. In terms of appearance, there aren’t many differences between the ST and S trims. The ST does get some unique paint schemes compared to the other two variants, and there’s an “ST” badge on the scooter.
The battery pack on the iQube ST is the largest compared to other variants. It has a usable capacity of 4.56 kWh compared to the other two variants’ 3.04 kWh. The claimed range of the iQube ST is 145km in Eco mode and 110km in Power mode. In addition, it takes 4 hours and 6 minutes to charge the battery pack from 0% to 80%, and only 2 hours and 30 minutes to charge the battery pack from 0% to 80% if the user uses a fast charger.
The top speed of the iQube ST is 82 km/h. The electric motor has a peak power output of 4.4 kW, rated at 3 kW, while a peak torque output of 140 Nm, rated at 33 Nm.
Another feature that the ST variant gets is the 17.78cm touchscreen instrument cluster. It can also be controlled using a joystick. The scooter comes with OTA updates, a tire pressure monitoring system, and connected technology.
