TVS Motors unveiled four custom Ronin motorcycles at the MotoSoul Bike and Music Festival in Goa. All four custom bikes were designed by different motorcycle tuning shops around the world, including India. The TVS Ronin is the brand’s first modern retro product and promises to be a fun lifestyle product. The company also unveiled its plans for flat track racing with Ronin at MotoSoul 2023.
The first motorcycle to appear is the Agonda built by the German company JvB-moto. The Agonda is a custom Ronin Scrambler with a heavily updated bodywork. The bike features new headlamp housings, wide handlebars, a flat unibody seat and large alloy wheels with dual-purpose tyres. The stock LED headlights have been carried over. The Ronin Agonda comes in shades of white with blue and red stripes on the tank.

Next is the SCR built by the TVS design team. The Ronin SCR has a sloping front end, low seat, spoked wheels with blocky off-road tires, engine fenders and dual exhausts mounted tall on the sides. The SCR also features raised front fenders, a single seat and wide handlebars. The bike comes in a metallic silver tone with yellow highlights that stand out.
Heading to Goa from Indonesia is the Musashi built by Indonesian tuning shop Smoked Garage. The motorcycle looks great with an all-black paint scheme, while changes include a new flat single-seater, grille-mounted headlights, attached rear shocks and a custom engine guard. The bike also has new wheels with chunky off-road tires and new brakes. The all-black paint scheme is complemented by gold dollar forks and gold highlights on the engine.
Finally, India’s own Rajputana Customs from Rajasthan arrives with Wakizashi to bring even more vintage flair to the motorcycle. The custom Ronin is more of a café racer, with lowered handlebars, a custom fuel tank, new spoked wheels, a chopped tail and a new rear shock. There are also aftermarket exhausts on the bike.
TVS has yet to announce whether any of the custom Ronins will receive a performance upgrade. The stock motorcycle uses a 225 cc single-cylinder fuel-injected motor with 20 bhp at 7,750 rpm and 19.9 Nm of peak torque at 3,750 rpm. The motor is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.
