Zylpha’s new Adobe Sign integration for iManage10 allows users to send single or multiple documents for electronic signature directly from their iManage document management system. Progress updates will be fed back to users in real time, and signed documents will be automatically and directly saved back to iManage. The seamless and simple Adobe Sign system drastically reduces customer response times from days to minutes and eliminates the risk of documents being lost or misdelivered in the mail.

Zylpha’s new Adobe Sign for iManage is a complete integration, meaning users are not redirected to a separate website – instead, they are always working within iManage10. This means the solution is able to provide greater flexibility around existing processes while maintaining documentation integrity. This integration works with hosted and on-premises iManage solutions.

Of particular note is the speed and simplicity of the system. iManage10 users simply select one (or more) documents in the workspace, then right-click and select “Send for Signature”. This brings up a range of options, such as creating an “accompanying message” or “defining access and security levels” before sending the document to the client. When the customer signs/completes the document, the document will be automatically filed back into iManage’s workspace. This is especially useful for teams, where one person can send a file but when it returns, anyone can work on it.

Getting started with Zylpha’s Adobe Sign for iManage integration is also simple, meaning new users can be up and running in a timely and efficient manner. The system’s easy-to-use interface is easy for users to understand, giving them confidence to use it.
