In view of the current general economic development, the Supervisory Board and Executive Board are planning to improve the quality of the company and make it more customer-focused. The main focus here is to further improve the company’s own charging stations and software products to meet customer needs and increase the competitiveness of customer service. Furthermore, Compleo intends to position itself even more firmly in the successful business area of software solutions in the future and together with Jörg Lohr will drive this forward.

“Jörg Lohr has been at the forefront of electromobility for more than 11 years. He understands customers, products and markets better than anyone else in the industry,” Dag Hagby, Chairman of Compleo’s Supervisory Board, commented on Lohr’s new appointment to the Executive Board. “Together with him, we bring to the board an experienced and successful colleague from our own ranks, who has, in particular, successfully driven Compleo’s software business in recent months. We hope to continue building on this success story Keep up the good work. I’m already looking forward to working with him,” said Hagby.

Following the acquisitions of wallbe GmbH and innogy eMobility Solutions GmbH, Compleo has become a leading company in the field of software solutions for the operation of charging infrastructures. Resources and expertise are bundled centrally at Compleo Charging Software GmbH. Under Lohr’s leadership, the first international successes were also achieved through back-end sales.

There has also been another change in the executive committee: Checralah Kachouh, Compleo’s former technical director, co-founder and CTO, is leaving the company with immediate effect. Kachouh founded Compleo with Dag Hagby 13 years ago and has contributed significantly to the company’s success and growth. Within the company, Kachouh is responsible for research and development as well as purchasing and product management. Under Kachouh’s leadership, Compleo produced technological innovations and charging solutions. These include charging stations in the AC sector and the first calibration-compliant DC charging station on the market. Kachouh left at his own request. “Looking back on my 13-plus years with the company, I am very pleased,” Kachouh said. “They spent time with great colleagues, great clients and fantastic projects. But now it’s time to continue my journey outside of the Compleo Group and work on my personal plans.”

“As co-founder of Compleo, Checrallah Kachouh had a decisive influence on the company from the very beginning. He also provided an important innovative impetus to the electric vehicle industry and made Compleo a technology leader. For this we will be forever grateful to Him,” Dag Hagby said. “We wish him and his family the very best for the future,” Hageby commented.
